The method
The skills visual training works on

GIVE Program organises the exercises around four visual skills. Postural, linked to posture and balance. Spatial, for orientation and judging distances. Discriminative, for picking up details and focusing. Three-dimensional, for getting both eyes to work together up close.
Each kit contains tools, worksheets and video instructions for training at home at your own pace. They are eye exercises, to be followed consistently.
