With every pair of prescription glasses bought at Poliottica you receive our free Service Card. It isn’t just a bonus, but a set of benefits designed to give you peace of mind and savings.

  • Free regular check-upsKeep an eye on your sight with our free check-ups.
  • Progressive lens adaptation guaranteeIf you can’t adapt to progressive lenses, we replace them with lenses for near and distance at no extra cost.
  • Guarantee of result and functionalityIf your glasses don’t meet your expectations, we replace or modify them free of charge within 30 days.
  • Free insurance for 12 monthsIn the event of theft, accidental breakage, loss or change of prescription you get 50% off the lenses and 35% off the frame, on the reference price list for lenses of equal value and for the same brand and model of frame, where possible. If you choose lenses or a frame of higher value, you only pay the difference.
